On the five days of the Conference there will be time for plenary lectures, papers, posters, book exhibition and cultural excursions. Six keynote speakers have confirmed their participation: Gualtiero Calboli (Bologna), Piera Molinelli (Bergamo), Michel Banniard (Toulouse), Roger Wright (Liverpool), Benjamín García Hernández (Madrid) and Roman Müller (Heidelberg).
The Organizing Committee whishes to encourage the scholars interested to participate with a paper or poster. Oral presentations should take no longer than 20 minutes (+ 5 minutes for discussion). Conference languages are English, German, Latin, Spanish, French and Italian.
The Conference fees are the following:
Included in the fees are: welcome set, admission to Conference receptions, coffee breaks and one buffet meal.

December 30th 2013 → Deadline for submitting a paper / poster proposal
February 15th 2014 → Notification of acceptance from the Committee
June 30th 2014 → Deadline for early registration
